Stellantis Malaysia Showcases PEUGEOT, Citroën & Leapmotor at Malaysia Autoshow 2024

Stellantis, a global automotive leader and the world's fourth-largest automaker, marked its much-anticipated debut at the Malaysia Autoshow 2024. Following the successful launch of the all-new PEUGEOT 408 less than a month ago, the automaker continues its momentum by showcasing a lineup of exciting vehicles across three marques under the Stellantis’ brand portfolios - PEUGEOT, Citroën and Leapmotor at the Autoshow.

This debut signifies Stellantis Malaysia’s long-term commitment to the Malaysian market and outlines its vision to be the ultimate house of brands offering a range of multi-energy vehicles across different segments and different demographic needs in Malaysia.

The spotlight shone brightly on two exceptional vehicles – the all-new PEUGEOT 408 and the enhanced PEUGEOT LANDTREK Special Edition (SE). Both the LANDTREK Allure and LANDTREK SE are proudly assembled at the state-of-the-art Stellantis Gurun plant in Kedah.

The all-new PEUGEOT 408 is completely redesigned to redefine its segment, showcasing the brand’s forward-thinking design philosophy and fine engineering and technology. Offered in 3 distinct variants – Allure, Premium, and GT – with a starting price of RM146,055*, the all-new 408 is an accessible option for those seeking a truly exceptional driving experience. 

The PEUGEOT LANDTREK SE further exemplifies the brand's dedication to the Malaysian market, especially its understanding of the country's diverse road conditions and driving styles. Featuring upgraded suspensions for a sportier ride and a selection of new, practical accessories, the PEUGEOT LANDTREK SE has a new unique look that has been meticulously enhanced to excel in both urban and off-road environments.

Available in Rockstone Grey and Ceramic White, the LANDTREK SE retails at RM129,124* allowing adventure seekers to embrace their spirit of exploration with confidence.

Parisian Flair Teases Return to Malaysian Streets
Citroën, another esteemed name under the Stellantis house of brands, hinted at its upcoming Malaysian return. The iconic Ami Buggy – a unique, EV Quadricycle, and the all-new C3 Aircross, renowned for its superior comfort, practicality, and space were on display at the Stellantis booth. These vehicles underscore Citroën's commitment to making continental cars more accessible while blending bold design with unparalleled comfort infused with innovation.

Championing Electric Mobility 
Stellantis recently announced the start of operations of Leapmotor International, which is a joint-venture strategic partnership with Leapmotor, a leading EV technology powerhouse from China. Leapmotor International’s EV product offering is considered complementary to Stellantis’ current technology and portfolio of iconic brands and will bring more affordable mobility solutions to global customers in the fourth quarter with Malaysia included in the growth plans.

The Leapmotor C10 is Leapmotor’s first global product, built according to global design and safety standards. The C10 is based on Leapmotor’s self-developed LEAP3.0 technology architecture, featuring industry-leading intelligent electric technology such as central integrated electronic and electrical architecture, cell-to-chassis (CTC) technology, and its flagship intelligent cockpit.
